The standard king room we stayed in was relaxing and brand-new. the location was magnificent, just a 10-15 minute walk from St Paul's Church. the service was good, and we were totally satisfied. the hotel had an individual atmosphere.

Large rooms.
First of all they have lost our reservation when we have arrived and it took 40 minutes to look for it as their computers were not working. The internet is not working. There were a few towels in the bathroom, small and dirty. No shampoo in the bathroom. There noises in the night probably caused by pipes. Not recommended.

The location of Vemara Hotel next to Kaliakra Palace is particularly good and unique. We truly enjoyed our time at the hotel, with easy access to Golden Sands beach.

The view of the sea was STUNNING. The building is amazing and big. We appreciated staying at Kaliakra Palace. Golden dreams boat was just a short distance away.

I like the location.
The hotel shouldn`t have 4 stars ,maybe 2-3 stars. They don´t have mini bar, beach towels. With the closed door you can see through it . The ac doesn´t work properly. No variety of food and no sweets. The parking isn´t big enough for all the customers .

The location on the beach is hard to beat. The hotel is faily new and staff was helpful. View is incredible. Food selection was good. Golden Sands resort is very children friendly and there are lots of opportunities to see old monasteries, fortresses, etc., all nerby.
1) Parking at the hotel is atrocious. If you are lucky to get a spot, you will be blocked by another car and will take forever to find the owner to move their vehicle. The hotel has 50 parking spots for 250 rooms. Yet, they have a basketball and tennis court that was never used while we were there but they bilt it rather than the extra parking, so to get the 4th star in the rating. 2) Air Conditioning in the room turns off when you leave the room and then you come back at 45C oven. We had to haggle with the receptionist to get a second card key even though we were two adults plus children per room (two rooms for two families). 3) Russian and Romanian tourists were rude to the personnel, and then they wonder why they don't get good service.

Hotel is very well placed, from it's entrance you step on the sandy beach. The superior room is excelent in terms of comfort, space, view and all...except you cannot keep something cold in the room...there is a small minibar with nothing in it and that cannot keep things cold. Food very various and tasty, animation programs and everyhting you want...

The staff was quite nice and polite. In fact I think thir only dificulty in being better was th fact that they barely understood foreighn languages and they didn't seapk almost at all. The location of the hotel was extraordinary just acros the street from the beach in the center of the city. And the pools are also good and big. The food is good I think. And they had a lot of fruits. Personnaly I eat only backed food and not cooked food. They rarely served plain old steaks but due to my personal tastes I will not punish the hotel.
The room I had was very old and damaged. I heard that part of the hotel was renovated, but this is a different story. My room looked very bad, it had a oudour, some of teh light bulbs were burned out, the TV was not working, the air conditionig had no remote control, the towels were wery old, and the door was jamming (I had to go up every time with my girlfriend because she could not open the door), and many more. But if overe these things I could pass, over the fact that in 4 days we had no room service I can not pass. I runned out of toillet paper and had to steal some from the public toilet in the lobby. The rooms and the room service are not for a 4 star hotel. Rather more for a 1 or 2 star hotel. I really hope somebody from the hotel management will read this and this is why I have written it in english.

The location is stunning, really close to the main promenade and a 5-10 minute walk to the center of Golden Sands. the staff were positive and the service was good. the standard king room with a park view was absolutely perfect.

Location. The open air restaurant is very nice. People working in restaurant are doing a hard work.
It's not a really 4 stars hotel. The staff on the desk seems to be in a mere vacation... Parking is very packed and the a/c system in the room was as a a bad joke. Foods are enough as quantity but missing the quality - only a few being really good. Coffee, beer and wine are of very cheap quality. There are (many) stairs towards the beach but railings are partially missing.
